H2 Health Kids, a H2 Health company, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our pediatric team. This is an exciting opportunity for a clinician who is passionate about improving the lives of children and families through evidence-based ABA services. At H2 Health Kids Longview, you'll work with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental conditions in a welcoming environment focused on individualized care and measurable outcomes. Our team is committed to empowering children and families through evidence-based treatment and compassionate support.

Your Role

  • Conduct behavioral assessments, functional behavior assessments, and treatment planning.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs based on evidence-based practices.
  • Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and support to BCaBAs, RBTs, and other team members as appropriate.
  • Analyze treatment data and make clinical recommendations to maximize patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Deliver caregiver training to support skill generalization and long-term success.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with company, payer, and regulatory standards.
  • Promote a culture of clinical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure if required by state regulations.
  • Experience providing ABA services to children with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental disabilities preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required.
