Walk into a full pediatric schedule on day one. A well-established, high-demand pediatric practice serving the greater Tulsa region wants a residency-trained Pediatric Dentist or a Pediatrics-Focused General Dentist. It's not a startup: the patient base, an experienced clinical team and a sedation program are already in place, with room for you to expand sedation and grow production.

The work

• High-volume pediatric dentistry from day one
• An existing sedation program, with the opportunity to expand sedation services
• Leadership opportunity within the practice

The practice

• 7 chairs: 4 restorative operatories and 3 hygiene chairs
• Digital panoramic imaging
• About 80% Medicaid and 20% private pay, with strong Medicaid economics
• An experienced office manager, a lead assistant with strong clinical leadership and expanded-function assistants

Location

Muskogee is about 45 minutes from Broken Arrow, 55 minutes from Tulsa and 35 minutes from Tahlequah, with a lower cost of living and strong community demand.

What you need

• Board-certified or board-eligible Pediatric Dentist, or a Pediatrics-Focused General Dentist
• Comfort treating children in a busy environment and interest in sedation dentistry
• An Oklahoma dental license, or the ability to obtain one

Compensation

• Pediatric Dentist: 35% of collections
• Pediatrics-Focused General Dentist: tiered pay up to 33% of collections
• Full-time W-2
