A well-established Oklahoma City metro office wants a board-eligible or board-certified Pediatric Dentist to step into a high-producing schedule. The outgoing pediatric dentist renewed their contract several times and is leaving only to pursue practice ownership, which says a lot about the team and patient base you'll inherit.

The work

• High-volume pediatric dentistry with immediate production from day one
• An established sedation program, currently running one day a week, with clear room for you to expand access and grow earnings
• Credentialed surgery center access
• Advanced pediatric treatment planning, with substantial unmet sedation demand already in place

• About 140+ new patients per month and a nearly 100% collections rate
• 400+ Google reviews with a 4.7-star rating
• 2 doctor operatories (a 3rd under construction) and 5 hygiene chairs
• Digital and panoramic imaging, consistent recall and hygiene support
• A strong Medicaid and private insurance mix
• Expanded-function assistants, a dedicated patient coordinator, an experienced surgery coordinator, long-tenured office leadership and strong regional operational support

What you need

• Board-eligible or board-certified Pediatric Dentist
• An Oklahoma dental license, or the ability to obtain one
• Comfort in a busy clinical environment and interest in sedation dentistry

Compensation

35% of collections, full-time W-2.
