You'll walk into a full schedule, learn directly from experienced owners and have a transparent path to partnership after about 12 months, all with a $40,000 signing bonus and $10,000 toward your move.

The work

• Comprehensive pediatric dentistry for an established patient base with immediate production

The practice

• Private practice: no DSO or private equity
• 20+ years serving children throughout North Arkansas

Partnership

After about 12 months of successful practice, you'll have the opportunity to discuss partnership based on mutual goals, clinical performance and long-term fit. This is a chance to build equity, not just collect a paycheck.

What you need

• DDS or DMD
• Board-certified or board-eligible Pediatric Dentist, or a Pediatrics-Focused General Dentist
• A passion for serving children and families, strong communication skills and interest in leadership and long-term practice growth
• Willingness to become licensed in Arkansas

Compensation

• Pediatric Dentist: 34% of collections with a $1,250 daily guarantee for the first 6 months
• Pediatrics-Focused General Dentist: 32% of collections with a $1,000 daily guarantee for the first 6 months
• $40,000 signing bonus and $10,000 relocation assistance for both
• W-2 employment with medical, dental and vision insurance, malpractice coverage, a retirement plan and a CE allowance
