This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse seeking a consistent weekday schedule, early afternoons off, and the chance to build a meaningful connection with one patient and their family.

Your Schedule

• Monday–Friday 30-35 hours a week
• 7:00 AM–1:00 PM or 7:00 AM–2:00 PM
• No nights or weekends
• Consistent weekly schedule

What You’ll Do

As your patient’s 1:1 nurse, you’ll provide skilled nursing care in the comfort of their home, supporting their daily needs while helping their family feel confident and supported.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Medication administration and treatments
• Monitoring your patient’s condition throughout the shift
• Supporting age-appropriate routines, comfort, and developmental needs
• Communicating with the family and Castor clinical team
• Completing required nursing documentation
• Providing compassionate and dependable 1:1 care

What You’ll Need

• Active Illinois RN or LPN license
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain
• A dependable and compassionate approach to care
• Comfort providing one-on-one care for a young child

Pay & Benefits

RN: Starting at $35+/hour
LPN: Starting at $30+/hour
