Pediatric Occupational Therapist with **Sign on Bonus**
Pediatric Development Center (PDC) might just be the place for you! PDC is a private pediatric OT clinic employing 17 OTs, 1 SLP, and 6 support staff. We are looking for therapists who want to grow with us! PDC has 2 clinic locations, one in Westbrook and one in Saco, and we are looking to add to our clinical team!
Our clinic fosters a culture of teamwork and positivity while creating a supportive environment that embraces the successes of our clients and our staff. In order to serve more families in our community, we are looking for another therapist to join the PDC family. By joining our team you will be helping to fulfill our mission to provide the highest quality occupational therapy regarding assessments and treatment of children with a wide range of needs and support to their families. Our therapists are leaders who provide occupational therapy services to children and their families regarding developmental and sensory integration evaluations, treatment, parent information and support. We are seeking a therapist whose work values align with our mission and is excited to become a contributing and valued member of our team. We take pride in the high level of mentoring and support we provide to therapists as they strive to provide the highest quality occupational therapy services. As therapists grow and develop they are encouraged to work up our clinical ladder and become leaders at PDC. Also, we’re excited to offer a $1,500 sign-on bonus to welcome the right therapist to our PDC team! The bonus is paid in three $500 installments at 30 days, 6 months, and 12 months of employment.
