Pediatric Partners is hiring Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants for our growing Oak Cliff clinic. We offer PRN and part-time opportunities in a consistent clinic setting with supportive leadership and interdisciplinary collaboration.
You’ll work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to help children build the sensory, motor, developmental, and functional skills they need for everyday activities.
What You’ll Do
Provide treatment according to established plans of care
Help children improve fine-motor, sensory, self-care, and functional skills
Collaborate with supervising OTs, caregivers, and our interdisciplinary therapy team
Document treatment sessions and communicate patient progress
Help support the continued growth of our Oak Cliff clinic
What We’re Looking For
Active Texas COTA license
Pediatric experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
A dependable, compassionate, and collaborative approach to care
