  • Day Shift - Sundays and Mondays Off
  • Pay: $62,000+ (Depending on years of relevant leadership experience & education)

As a PMIC Supervisor, you’ll be an essential part of our team. Your responsibilities would include overseeing daily treatment coordination, case management, and care services for youth ages 8–17 in a residential treatment setting. In short, our PMIC Supervisor ensures individualized treatment plans are implemented, while serving as a central contact for therapists, staff, guardians, and partnering agencies.

  • Provides support and direction to staff while ensuring quality treatment

Qualifications

Do you think you’d be a good fit for this role? Ideally, you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Services and related experience, or equivalently extensive work experience
  • Knowledgeable in counseling/therapy models (CBT preferred) and youth/family systems
  • Strong in communication, problem-solving, and relationship building
  • Able to travel and work flexible hours as needed

Bonus Points

  • Supervisory or leadership experience in a treatment setting
  • Familiarity with DHHS, insurance coordination, or case management systems
  • Experience working with youth with emotional or behavioral needs
