Wolfson Children's Hospital is currently looking to hire a System Manager for our outpatient pediatric rehab services teams. This is a full-time opportunity working day shift hours and has no weekend requirements.

The ideal candidate has prior operational leadership experience with pediatric rehab services teams. This position is open to a licensed Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, OR Speech Language Pathologist.

This position will include some commuting responsibility to outpatient clinics within the Jacksonville metro area system and Northeast Florida in accordance with departmental needs.

System Manager responsibilities:

• Clinical services and the day to day operations of the Pediatric Rehab Services outpatient programs and clinics;
• Personnel management and development;
• Program development;
• Clinical effectiveness;
• Marketing outreach;
• Compliance to regulatory and hospital guidelines;
• Financial performance.

Experience Requirements:

• Over 5 years Clinical Patient Care Experience Required
• Over 5 years Outpatient Experience Preferred
• 3-5 Years Management Experience Preferred
• 3-5 Years Interdisciplinary Teamwork Required

Education & Credential Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science (non-Nursing) Required
• Master of Science Preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association Required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology Preferred Or Licensed Occupational Therapist Required Or Licensed Speech Language Pathologist Required Or Licensed Physical Therapist Required

This System Manager will oversee all Pediatric Rehab Services, be located primarily at Wolfson Children's Hospital, and travel to other clinics within the hospital system.
