Pediatric Dentist or Pediatric-Focused General Dentist: Relocate to Reno, Nevada

Reno, NV (recruiting from Sacramento and beyond) | Part-Time, 2 Days per Week to Start | Relocation Assistance | $230,400–$460,800+ Annualized Earnings Potential

Ready to trade California costs for Lake Tahoe in your backyard? A confidential, 100% dentist-owned group wants a Pediatric Dentist, or an experienced General Dentist who loves treating children, to relocate to Reno and join an established, thriving pediatric practice. You won't be building a patient base from scratch. The families, the team and an integrated orthodontic program are already there, and relocation assistance is available.

The work

  • Comprehensive pediatric care for an established patient base with consistent demand
  • Begin treating patients right away rather than spending months building a schedule
  • Integrated orthodontic services for continuity of care for children and families

The practice

  • 100% dentist-owned and dentist-led: no private equity, no corporate bureaucracy
  • Strong clinical autonomy, provider-first leadership and collaborative doctor relationships
  • Modern, established, high-volume, family-focused practice with experienced clinical and administrative support
  • Established systems, strong community presence and room for continued growth
  • Mentorship available for newer clinicians

Schedule

  • About 2 clinical days per week (about 8 days per month)
  • 9-hour clinical days
  • Room to expand as the pediatric program grows; the long-term schedule is discussed during interviews

What you need

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Pediatric Dentists: residency-trained, board-eligible, board-certified or graduating residents
  • General Dentists: significant experience with, and genuine enjoyment of, treating children in a high-volume setting
  • A Nevada dental license, or eligibility to obtain one
  • Excellent communication with children and parents and strong patient management

Compensation

  • Pediatric Dentist: 30% of collections including imaging and nitrous (about 35–37% of total collections) with a $1,200 daily guarantee
  • Pediatric-Focused General Dentist: 30% of collections with a $1,000 daily guarantee
  • Annualized earnings potential of $230,400–$460,800+, depending on schedule, production, scope and growth
  • Relocation assistance available

Why Reno

No Nevada state income tax, the Sierra Nevada at your doorstep and Lake Tahoe about 40 miles away. Ski, hike, bike, paddleboard and golf through four seasons, with growing neighborhoods and easy access back to Northern California. We welcome dentists from California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Utah, Colorado, Texas and nationwide.

How to be considered

Submit your CV with a short note on your training, where you're based now, your Nevada license status and your ideal start date.

This is a confidential search. The practice name is shared after a brief screen, so please do not contact the practice directly.
