We challenge systems rooted in racism and retribution and fight for policies and practices that promote true safety, justice, and liberation.

At Osborne, we are guided by core values and shared beliefs. We honor everyone's capacity to change, celebrate our shared humanity, are united in our pursuit of justice and equity, take all possible steps to keep our commitments and advocate for people and principles with fierce and tenacious determination.

ReentryWorks seeks to improve reentry outcomes for people returning to NYC by assessing their specialized needs and connecting them with appropriate services prior to their release from NYS prisons. This role would assist with the connection to NYC services, including logistical support for release days, and by providing release day transportation for individuals released within the Hudson Valley and transporting them to NYC.

This role is based in our Newburgh office but would be a full time, hybrid work schedule, with 1-2 days per week, picking up participants from a nearby NYS prison and transporting them to NYC, 2 days in our Newburgh office, and the rest remote work. This role has a 35 hour work week, but start and end times may vary due to release day needs.

Salary range: $26.10 - $27.81
