Job descriptions:

• Experience in Pega software design and development for customer service, service provisioning and service fulfillment.

• Have PEGA Designer Studio (Application design & development PEGA) knowledge and able to get and well understand Requirements, Analysis and design business flows, impact assessment and propose the solution to support business requirements. - Understand all elements to architect, design (application flow document, program specification document), build, test (unit test document), operate and maintain complex systems (knowledge transfer document) using Pega.

• Able to implement application integration to other systems with Protocol: NFS,FTP, SFTP,HTTP, JSON, SOAP/REST, SOCKET (TCP/IP)

• Able to build application base on programming language at least Java , HTML, CSS, REST, SOAP, PL/SQL, SQL

• Able to build application with object oriented concept and have the experience for connectors service including Email, REST, FILE, MQ, JMS and etc.

• Able to have self-management to control application version before submit Pack Code, Deploy Web and Application.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT or in a related field.

• At least 3-4 years in Software Engineer and 1 year experience for Pega experience.

• Experience in software development process with Agile/Scrum methodology with activities product backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review and retrospective in every sprint.

• Experience in Customer Service, service fulfillment and order provisioning system development for Telecom business Develop Programming based on PEGA Designer Studio and delivery application according to Business Requirement. (Application design & development PEGA 7.2.1)

• Background in Telecommunication industry will be a plus.
