Pega Developer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Pega applications using the Pega CSA framework.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve defects in existing Pega implementations for optimal system performance.
• Develop technical documentation for new features and system changes.
• Create complex reports and dashboards using Pega PRPC.
• Prioritize tasks effectively to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Requirements :

• 7-15 years of experience in Pega development with CSSA certification.
• Strong understanding of Pega PRPC concepts and report/dashboard creation skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects with effective task prioritization.
• Experience in developing technical documentation for new features and system changes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools and technologies used in software development.
