Pega Developer (Ref 25481)

Responsibilities

• Implement enhancement based on requirements specified in Change Requests.

• Perform application testing and closure of application defects.

• Provide production support to users, handle user queries and resolve production issues.

• Provide resolution / workaround to issues and problems reported.

• Liaising with external systems in resolving production issues when necessary.

• Ensure all assigned deliverables are completed on time and to the required level of quality.

• Ensure service level agreements are met and escalate whenever required.

• Contribute as part of the Application Enhancement / Maintenance Support Team.

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Computer Studies or equivalent

• Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Pega development
