Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement PEGA applications supporting complex business processes and case management.
• Design and configure workflows, approvals, routing, and business process automation using PEGA.
• Develop and maintain PEGA integrations, including REST APIs and enterprise services.
• Work on document management integrations with Stellent / Oracle WebCenter Content.
• Develop and support PDF generation, document processing, and archival workflows.
• Provide production support, perform root cause analysis, and resolve application incidents.
• Manage deployments and releases using PEGA Deployment Manager, release management processes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot application performance issues and provide operational support.
• Prepare technical designs, estimations, and solution architecture for new features and enhancements.
• Lead end-to-end feature delivery and ensure successful production releases.
• Collaborate with business, infrastructure, application support, and other technical teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Core Skills Required

• Strong experience in PEGA application development and case management.
• Expertise in workflow design, approvals, routing, and business process automation.
• Hands-on experience with PEGA integrations, REST APIs, and enterprise services.
• Experience with Stellent / Oracle WebCenter Content or similar document management platforms.
• Experience with PDF generation, document processing, and archival workflows.
• Strong production support and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience in root cause analysis and incident resolution.
• Hands-on experience with PEGA Deployment Manager, release management, and CI/CD.
• Experience in application performance troubleshooting and operational support.
• Strong technical design, estimation, and solution architecture skills.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Relevant Experience

• Enterprise workflow and compliance applications.
• Complex business process automation platforms.
• Production releases and post-deployment validation.
• Service/API integration troubleshooting.
• Document-centric applications with audit and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• PEGA Senior System Architect (SSA) certification or equivalent experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and production support mindset.
• Experience leading end-to-end feature delivery.
• Ability to work directly with business, infrastructure, and support teams.
• Experience designing scalable PEGA solutions and handling complex technical challenges.
