Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership from design to deployment including code reviews and resolution of complex technical issues
  • Define and document comprehensive architecture while capturing non-functional requirements and preparing work estimates
  • Design shared and reusable enterprise rules and workflow components within Pega Process Rules Commander
  • Configure key design solutions, patterns, and complex product features for scalable enterprise implementations
  • Lead project teams through iterative software development lifecycles across multiple release cycles
  • Maintain security standards for all system applications while ensuring compliance with enterprise requirements

Requirements

  • 6+ years of IT experience with Pega 7.x and 8.x platforms including leadership roles in enterprise environments
  • Certified Pega Lead System Architect certification is mandatory
  • Experience with at least one Pega strategic framework (Customer Service, Decisioning, Marketing, CLM) in financial services
  • Proficiency with web technologies including CSS, JavaScript, Servlets, and JSP
  • Strong knowledge of OOP concepts, design patterns, SOA, and RESTful services architecture
  • Experience with CI/CD configuration, release management, and Pega Cloud (AWS) or third-party cloud solutions
  • Expertise with RDBMS tools (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MSSQL) and database performance tuning capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to present solutions to multiple stakeholders across technical and business domains
