Pega Prinicipal Architect

Job Description:

• Lead the architecture and design of complex Pega applications and enterprise solutions.
• Define scalable, secure, and reusable Pega architecture aligned with business requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to Pega development teams.
• Review solution designs, application architecture, and code quality.
• Drive Pega best practices, performance optimization, and integration standards.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide architectural recommendations.
• Mentor Senior System Architects and Pega developers.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience with Pega Platform / Pega Infinity.
• Pega Principal/Senior System Architect certification preferred.
• Strong experience in Pega architecture, application design, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, databases, messaging, and external system integrations.
• Strong understanding of Pega case management, workflows, security, and performance tuning.
• Experience working on large-scale enterprise or banking projects.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.
