About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Pega System Architect (SSA/LSA) to join an international project within the financial services sector. The person in this role will be responsible for designing and developing Pega-based solutions supporting credit assessment and decision-making processes.

The project is delivered in a BizDevOps model, combining business and technical competencies within one team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to have a real impact on solution architecture while working closely with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Designing and implementing solutions based on the Pega platform

  • Designing solution architecture

  • Ensuring compliance with Pega guardrails and best practices

  • Collaborating with business stakeholders during requirements gathering and analysis

  • Conducting workshops and technical consultations

  • Mentoring less experienced developers

  • Recommending optimal technical solutions and best practices

Requirements

MUST HAVE

  • SSA level: minimum 3 years of experience in Pega development

  • LSA level: minimum 5 years of experience with the Pega platform and proven experience as an LSA

  • Hands-on experience with Pega UI Constellation in production projects

  • Strong knowledge of Pega design patterns, guardrails, and best practices

  • Experience with Pega 8.x platform

  • Experience working in cloud environments

  • Knowledge of integration methods such as REST, SOAP, and MQ

  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders and conducting workshops

  • PEGA certifications (SSA or LSA)

Nice to Have

  • Experience in financial services projects

  • Experience working in a BizDevOps environment

  • Ability to combine architectural and analytical competencies
