What You'll Do
- Operate pemming machines and related equipment to install fasteners
- Perform assembly work according to work instructions and blueprints
- Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
What We're Looking For
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
- Ability to read basic blueprints and work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
