About the role
Based in Melbourne, the full-time Penfolds Marketing Specialist supports the ANZ Marketing Team across brand, customer and consumer activity. Reporting to the Penfolds Brand Manager, the role coordinates campaigns, administration and execution with internal teams and agency partners.
Key Duties:
Support Penfolds brand campaigns, new products and assigned projects.
Coordinate marketing plans with internal stakeholders and partners.
Track campaign timelines, budgets and deliverables; escalate risks.
Assist with consumer, trade and PR event planning and delivery.
Prepare sell-in materials and coordinate approved local brand assets.
Manage samples, agency activity, and marketing administration.
Who we’re looking for
A degree in Business, Marketing or Communications.
At least two years in trade, shopper, retail or brand marketing.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
A proactive problem solver who can work autonomously.
Ability to prioritise a complex, fast-changing workload.
Project leadership, budget responsibility, and agency experience.
