People Advisor (HR Generalist)

About the role

At Talent 360, HR is more than a support function—it’s our core business. As an HR advisor, you’ll manage a portfolio of client accounts, advise business leaders, and deliver people solutions that make a real impact across Egypt and Saudi Arabia.

What you'll do

• Act as the main HR contact for assigned client accounts and build trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
• Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, engagement, and offboarding.
• Guide clients on HR policies, best practices, and labor law compliance.
• Handle employee relations matters professionally, confidentially, and with sound judgment.
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team on recruitment needs and workforce planning.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and reports.
• Help improve internal processes and the overall quality of service delivery.

Requirements

What we're looking for

• At least 2-4 years of experience in an HR generalist, HR officer, or similar people-focused HR role.
• Good working knowledge of Egyptian and/or Saudi labor law.
• Strong Arabic and English communication skills.
• The ability to manage several priorities effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
• A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• Professional HR certification, such as HRCI, SHRM, or CIPD, is an advantage.
