Essential Functions and Primary Duties
- Build, maintain, and improve reports and dashboards in Power BI and Oracle OTBI covering headcount, turnover, recruiting, compensation, and other workforce metrics
- Respond to ad hoc data and analytics requests from HR partners, recruiters, finance teams, and business leaders by defining requirements, gathering and analyzing relevant data, and delivering clear, actionable insights
- Support recurring executive reporting, including monthly and quarterly workforce metrics for senior leadership and business partners
- Support the validation, reconciliation, and documentation of HR data to strengthen data governance, improve data quality, and enable scalable reporting and analytics across the organization
- Partner with HRIS and BI teams to align data pipelines, data definitions, reporting logic, and report distribution processes
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of HR data by proactively identifying anomalies, conducting root cause analysis, and advocating for process and system improvements
- Create and maintain clear documentation for data definitions, reporting processes, governance standards, and analytical methodologies
- Provide training and technical support to Human Resources on reports, dashboards, data definitions, and analytics tools
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in an analytics, reporting, or data role. Oracle HCM experience is a plus but not required for candidates with strong analytical fundamentals
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate business needs, assess options, and recommend practical solutions
- Ability to clarify ambiguous requests, ask effective follow-up questions, and deliver practical, actionable outputs
- Ability to communicate recommendations and solutions to non-technical clients and end users
- Data modeling and cloud data warehouse experience
- Background in professional services or another people-focused industry
Minimum Qualifications
- HS diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics or relevant field preferred
- 3 years of relevant experience
- Must possess analytical skills
- Must be able to comprehend, manipulate and interpret statistical data
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
- Proficient use of applicable technology
