- Analyze user and process limitations for ongoing administration
- Configure customize and administer HRIS
- Coordinate with IT on service and maintenance contracts
- Create ad hoc reporting and analytical activities
- Create update training materials for HR users
- Develop HRIS reports and dashboards
- Lead HRIS implementation
- Maintain HR network access permissions
- Maintain department website and technical documentation
- Provide day to day HRIS functional maintenance support
- Test HRIS program updates and new releases
- Troubleshoot HRIS and data issues
