Reporting to the Reward Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the wider People and Culture team through high-quality reporting, analytics and remuneration support. Around half of this role will focus on people analysis, reporting and insights, with the other key focus being hands-on involvement in cyclical remuneration reviews, reward activities, benefits support and HR data processes. You’ll help turn people data into meaningful insights and support the smooth delivery of reward cycles across the business.
Your day-to-day will include:

Playing a key role in cyclical remuneration reviews, including data preparation, validation, analysis, modelling and reporting.
Supporting market remuneration survey submissions, benefits administration and reward reporting.
Helping maintain data accuracy and integrity across P&C systems, remuneration files and reporting tools.
Supporting HR technology, data and process improvement initiatives that make reward and reporting activity easier and more efficient.
You’ll be analytical, curious and detail-focused, with the confidence to work across data, systems and stakeholders. You enjoy solving problems, improving processes and presenting information in a way that helps others make good decisions.
You’ll ideally bring:
Experience in HR analytics, reward, reporting or a similar People and Culture role.
Strong Excel skills and confidence working with complex data sets.
Experience with HR systems, reporting tools or data visualisation tools such as Power BI.
A high level of accuracy, attention to detail and comfort working with confidential information.
