People and Culture Partner, DeepMind (Fixed-Term Contract)

  • Prepare leaders and teams to embrace organizational change, shaping and executing people plans.
  • Manage communication of people strategies and implement organizational changes to achieve desired business goals.
  • Translate company-wide OKRs into actionable plans tailored to the specific needs of the client organization, providing feedback to identify potential gaps.
  • Identify talent gaps, organizational shortcomings, and people needs that could hinder business strategy execution; use this analysis to guide resourcing and development initiatives.
  • Support the selection and development of talent, and actively drive organizational health improvements through trend monitoring analysis.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 12 years of experience as an HR business partner or generalist supporting leaders at global companies.
  • Experience in workforce planning and organizational design.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Understanding of current and future processes needed to pursue improvement in HR and Talent policies and practices.
  • Ability to communicate across audiences, situations, and contexts.
  • Ability to garner consensus from internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, surrounding new ideas and strategies.
