Discussion

People are at the heart of our business, and this is an opportunity to play a key role in helping our leaders and teams succeed.
As our P&C Performance Partner, you'll partner with leaders across a diverse operational portfolio, providing practical, commercially focused advice and support on all aspects of the employee lifecycle. Working closely with leaders, team members and the Senior P&C Performance Partner, you'll help drive consistent, thoughtful and effective people outcomes across the business.
From coaching leaders through employee relations matters and supporting workforce planning initiatives, to contributing to organisational change and performance conversations, you'll be a trusted partner who balances people, risk and commercial outcomes.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor looking to take the next step, or an emerging P&C Partner seeking broader exposure to complex operational environments while continuing to develop their ER and IR expertise in a supportive and collaborative team.
