People Business Partner

Genius AI is looking for a People Business Partner to own the day-to-day HR partnership for our Marketing, Customer Experience (CX), Data, and G&A teams. This is a hands-on role where you will build trust in real-time, solve complex problems, and scale people practices across distinct, fast-moving organizations. You will be the go-to strategic sounding board for managers on everything from performance management and organizational design to leadership coaching.

Responsibilities will include:

• Drive the day-to-day HRBP relationship for Marketing, CX, Data, and G&A, managing performance cases end-to-end and escalating complex situations
• Lead coaching conversations and interactive workshops to help managers develop, support, and lead their teams
• Build deep fluency in your teams’ goals and metrics to ensure guidance is grounded in real business context
• Use data and trends across client groups to spot organizational risk early and recommend action before it becomes a bigger problem
• Cultivate deep relationships across departments, becoming the advisor leaders turn to before small friction points become big problems
• Contribute to broader People team initiatives, such as org health surveys and talent reviews
• Use AI to automate repeatable tasks and streamline workflows, focusing your time on tasks that require human judgment

You’re a great fit if you:

• Have 3+ years in HR business partnering or people operations, with a track record of owning performance management and employee relations independently
• Have proven experience leveraging AI tools for people analytics, engagement insights, workforce planning, and streamlining workflows
• Make decisions and move quickly: you set a direction, ship something, and iterate based on what you learn
• Can translate data and insights into strategic actions that drive measurable business and people outcomes
• Have experience influencing and partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders

Total Compensation

The base salary for this role is between $120,000 - $140,000 plus equity.
