Maintain meticulous and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency across all HR documentation.
Lead and support frontline recruitment efforts, aligning talent acquisition with our operational needs and brand values.
Contribute to the delivery of impactful HR skills training programs, that help our Heartists grow and develop in line with Accors purpose
Assist with payroll processing and month-end reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Deliver an exceptional onboarding experience that reflects our Heartist culture and drives long-term engagement and retention
You will be:
- An engaging, approachable, optimistic and tenacious individual who can spark some excitement around the hospitality industry.
- A passionate mentor to develop and inspire teams through strong, positive and persistent interpersonal skills.
- A team player that strives under pressure and navigates through challenging situations with a calm and collected mindset.
- Equipped with a minimum 3 years’ experience in hospitality, with a solid understanding of hotel operations. HR experience (1+ year) preferred but not essential.
- Computer literate with confidence in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Well versed with New Zealand Employment Legislation
