Company: Netziah, a business growth and operations firm serving the U.S. market through sales operations, CRM, AI automation, marketing and client delivery.
Location: Remote, Philippines-based. Department: People & Culture. Reports to: Founder & CEO.
Role
Own recruiting standards, people practices and workforce development for Netziah's distributed team.
Key responsibilities
- Define hiring priorities and approve structured role-related interview criteria with department leaders.
- Lead recruiting, employee onboarding, performance practices and HR documentation quality.
- Coordinate staffing budget approval with Finance and validate Philippine employment compliance with advisors.
Required qualifications
- Leadership in talent acquisition, human resources or people operations.
- Strong knowledge of fair job-related interviewing, onboarding and personnel record safeguards.
- Professional English, discretion and ability to build remote-team HR processes.
Preferred qualifications
- Philippine labor compliance familiarity and global remote hiring.
- Zoho Recruit, ATS reporting and people analytics.
