People & Culture Executive (Saudi National Only)
Summary
Oversee day-to-day HR operations for a new Red Sea hotel, handling recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee engagement while ensuring a smooth employee experience.
- Support the day-to-day People & Culture operations, ensuring a seamless and positive employee experience.
- Coordinate the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, contract administration, and offboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee records and People & Culture documentation while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of employment contracts, letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and team member activities.
- Coordinate new joiner onboarding activities and ensure all pre-employment requirements are completed.
- Assist with attendance, leave administration, and payroll-related activities as required.
- Support the recruitment process, including job postings, interview coordination, and candidate communications.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable labor regulations.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the People & Culture team as required.
- Contribute to pre-opening People & Culture projects and initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources or People & Culture, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic are required.
- Previous pre-opening experience is preferred.
