We look forward to having you on our team! #### Job Description **What your workday looks like …** - You take holistic and independent responsibility for the personnel management of all employees throughout their employee life cycle, including the implementation of projects to optimize the P&C strategy. - You feel comfortable in recruiting, you actively shape the candidate experience, and you find the right people at the right time. - Based on the planning of our department heads, you create the annual personnel budget, question the inputs with a good economic perspective, and keep a constant eye on headcount, payroll, and forecasts.
