The People & Culture Manager is responsible for fostering a strong, and values-driven organizational culture within a growing, multinational organization operating across multiple locations in Europe. The role works closely with leadership to scale and further institutionalize the existing company culture while supporting the organization’s people strategy across the full employee lifecycle in an international work environment.

The role works closely with leadership to scale and further institutionalize the existing company culture while supporting the organization’s people strategy across the full employee lifecycle in an international work environment.
The successful candidate will assist management in running human resources activities. The responsibilities include the following tasks:
- Develop and implement people and culture strategies for a growing, multinational organization with teams across multiple European locations.
- Actively nurture, translate, and embed the existing company culture into the next stage of organizational maturity.
- Design, manage, and continuously improve core people processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding, across different countries and contexts.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-trust workplace culture within a diverse, international team
- Support employee engagement, wellbeing, learning, and professional development in a distributed work environment.
- Advise leadership and managers on people-related topics, with sensitivity to international labor contexts and cultural differences.
- Ensure people-related data, documentation, and policies are accurate, compliant, and up to date across jurisdictions.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers in an international, multi-site setting.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human resources, business administration, sociology, international management, or a related field.
- At least five years of progressively relevant professional experience in people and culture, human resources, organizational development, or a comparable role, ideally within a growing, international, or multi-site organization.
- Demonstrated experience working in a multinational work environment, with a strong understanding of cross-cultural collaboration and distributed teams.
- Experience working with Employer of Record services prefered.
- Strong advisory and interpersonal skills, with experience supporting leadership and managers in people-related and organizational development topics.
- Solid knowledge of core people processes and HR best practices, including recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and learning and development, ideally across multiple jurisdictions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively and sensitively with diverse teams and stakeholders in an international context.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Good knowledge of German. Additional European languages are an asset.
