People & Culture Manager (in charge of Learning & Development)

What you will be doing:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, onboarding, and orientation.
  • Maintain talent pipelines for critical positions.
  • Develop the annual learning plan and calendar.
  • Identify training needs through performance reviews and operational requirements.
  • Promote continuous learning and career development.
  • Coordinate the annual performance review process.
  • Lead Heartist engagement initiatives, celebrations, wellness, EES and CSR programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and employment contracts.
  • Maintain positive relationships with employees, government agencies, and external stakeholders.
  • Support dispute resolution and conflict management.
  • Maintain personnel files and confidential employee documentation.
  • Prepare HR reports, manpower analysis, and monthly P&C reports.
  • Support emergency response planning and employee awareness programs.
  • Contribute to the hotel's strategic planning and organizational development initiatives.

Your experience and skills include:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position in an international brand. Remote area work experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Positive and outgoing personality, organized, great communication and conflict management skills.
  • Experienced in handling HR operations, L&D, SunFish, BPJS TK & KIS, and HR-related initiatives/programs.
  • Working knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law.
  • Flexible with working hours and ability to work under pressure.
  • Physical ability to lift moderate weight, stand and walk for extended periods of time.
