We look forward to having you on our team! #### Job Description **What does your working day look like …** - You take a holistic and independent approach to personnel care for all employees across their employee life cycle, including implementing projects to optimise the P&C strategy. - You feel at home in recruiting, you actively shape the candidate experience and find the right people at the right time - Based on the planning of our department heads, you prepare the annual personnel budget, question the inputs with a good commercial eye, and keep an ongoing eye on headcount, payroll and forecast.
