People & Culture Manager

Salary: up to £45,000 per annum depending on experience
Location: Gibraltar
Working Hours: 39 hours/ week, Monday - Friday

Welcome to Sircle Collection, a vibrant group of one-of-a-kind hotels, restaurants and bars in Europe's most interesting neighbourhoods. We’re coming to Gibraltar, and are looking for a motivated, dynamic People & Culture Manager who will be at the heart of our people strategy as we open two vibrant new restaurants in Gibraltar in the coming months. Working closely with our new restaurant operations team and the regional People & Culture team, you’ll be at the heart of our people efforts executing strategic plans that align with our business goals. Ensuring a positive experience for all and building great places to work, you'll provide timely communication, feedback and support to managers and team members.

Responsibilities include:

  • Recruitment: oversee job advertisements and hiring, liaising with recruitment agencies and other third-party recruitment partners

  • Training & development: develop and facilitate in-house training

  • Payroll: Ensure accurate pay rolling and corresponding reporting and analysis

  • Provide day-to-day advice to managers on all HR-related issues

  • Ensure compliance with all local employment laws, health and safety regulations, and all other applicable laws and regulations, as well as ensure all mandatory training and reporting is completed

Job requirements:

  • Previous HR experience required, ideally within hospitality

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Confident Spanish speaker

  • Understanding of Gibraltar employment law

  • RTW in Gibraltar
