We’re searching for an enthusiastic and organized People & Culture Responsible to join our team!
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting recruitment and hiring activities, in alignment with internal procedures;
- Preparing HR documents like contracts, addendums, and exit paperwork;
- Maintaining and updating both physical and digital employee records;
- Making sure our internal systems reflect accurate personal, contractual, and working time data;
- Assisting with document submissions to local authorities;
- Helping manage the external workforce database and communication with staffing agencies;
- Following up on onboarding steps and staying in touch with internal teams on employee development and evaluation.
What we’re looking for:
- Solid knowledge of Romanian labor legislation;
- Experience in recruitment or exposure to HR projects;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Strong time management and priority-setting skills;
