People & Culture Working Student (m/w/d) | Starting from 1 July, 2026

As a working student in our People & Culture team, you’ll play an active role in our day-to-day internal HR operations and contribute to the successful execution of our team’s goals.
This role offers hands-on experience and the opportunity to collaborate with various stakeholders on exciting people projects and initiatives.
Start date: July 2026
Duration: Minimum 6 months

• Support in recruiting activities and organizing events with university clubs and student initiatives
• Prepare engaging documents and presentations for internal and conduct in-depth research on relevant people topics
• Stay up to date on the latest trends and developments in the people & culture space

• Bachelor's/Master's student (HR Management, Psychology or similar)
• Relevant practical experience in HR/Consulting experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills in German & English (C1)
• Proficient in MS Office
• Experience with Personio and Leapsome is a plus
• Valid work permit for Germany
