People & Data Analytics Specialist
Summary
This role is a 6-month contract focused on data engineering for workforce analytics, involving the maintenance of data pipelines, ETL processes, and Power BI reporting. The specialist will manage the end-to-end workforce data ecosystem using Databricks and data lake environments.
Salary: $600 inc super / day
6-Month Contract | MelbourneWe're seeking a People Data & Analytics Specialist to join a team responsible for the end-to-end workforce data ecosystem, from source systems and integrations through to enterprise reporting and insights.
This role has a strong data engineering focus, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure workforce data is accurate, accessible and fit for purpose.
Key Experience
- Databricks and data lake environments
- ETL pipelines, integrations and data movement
- Data modelling and data quality management
- Power BI reporting and analytics
- Workday experience highly regarded
- Exposure to People / Workforce data advantageous
- Supporting and maintaining workforce data pipelines and integrations
- Managing and optimising datasets used across the business
- Developing and enhancing reporting solutions in Power BI
- Ensuring data quality, governance and reliability
- Supporting workforce analytics initiatives, including turnover reporting and insights
