People Manager - Venezuela
NeoWork is seeking a dedicated and passionate People Manager to oversee our human resources functions in Venezuela. The People Manager will be the key point of contact for all employee-related matters and will be responsible for the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the company's objectives.
This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance with local labor laws. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent interpersonal skills, and has a strategic mindset in driving HR initiatives.\
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to management and staff on HR matters and company policies.
- Lead the recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Develop and implement performance management processes that drive employee engagement and professional development.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Monitor employee satisfaction and implement programs to foster a positive work environment.
- Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in Venezuela
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for all employees.
- Manage employee relations issues and facilitate conflict resolution.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide reports to senior management to inform decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in human resources management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Venezuelan labor laws and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to implement HR strategies and initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
