A
fixed-term role supporting the People Operations department across the day-to-day administration,
operational processes and systems that keep the people
function running. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented position - you'll own specific processes end-to-end,
maintain the accuracy of HR data and systems, and help
build the operational infrastructure of a growing group.
It's a great opportunity to develop broad HR and
operations experience across Genco Power group.
What You’ll
Do
HR
administration
- Maintain accurate
and up-to-date employee records in internal HRMS
- Prepare and
manage employment contracts, amendments and
related documentation under the guidance of the Supervisor
- Support
onboarding and offboarding processes - welcome
employee process, system configuration
- Track key HR
calendar milestones - flag upcoming actions
proactively
- Assist with
payroll coordination - gather monthly data,
liaise with the external payroll provider
Recruitment
support
- Post job
ads across platforms
- Schedule
interviews and coordinate candidates
communication
- Maintain
candidate records and recruitment pipeline data
in internal ATS
- Support employer
branding activities - careers page updates, job ad
formatting
Operations &
processes
- Maintain and
update operational documentation - workflows,
checklists and templates
- Assist with
cross-functional coordination across IT and Admin
for operational workflows
- Track and follow
up on open HR and operational actions
What We’re
Looking For
Required
- 1–3
years of experience in an HR administration, people
operations or office administration role
- Organised,
detail-oriented and reliable - able to manage multiple
tasks with consistent follow-through
- Comfortable
working with HR systems or databases (any
platform)
- Good
working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word,
Outlook)
- Excellent Greek;
good working English for documentation and
correspondence
- Discretion in
handling confidential employee information
A relevant
degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field
is valued; equivalent hands-on experience is equally
considered.
Preferred
- Familiarity with
Greek labour law basics
- Prior experience
with any HRMS/ATS
- Exposure to
statutory HR filings
- Interest in
process improvement, documentation or HR
systems
