The role combines administrative responsibilities with involvement in recruitment, employee lifecycle activities and internal HR initiatives. Responsibilities of the role:

  • Coordinate various HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, from joining the company to leaving it;
  • Provide administrative support for recruitment and help ensure a smooth experience for candidates and new employees;
  • Keep employee-related information and documentation organized and up to date across relevant systems;
  • Prepare HR documentation and assist with employment-related administrative procedures;
  • Act as a point of contact for employees on everyday HR-related matters and direct more complex queries when needed;
  • Assist with payroll-related administration, attendance tracking and leave management;
  • Contribute to internal HR initiatives, employee activities, reporting and continuous improvement projects.

Desired skills and experience:

  • Previous exposure to HR, administration or a similar people-focused environment would be an advantage;
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks, keep track of details and organize work efficiently;
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English;
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and other digital systems used for administrative tasks;
  • Good knowledge of employment legislation and HR processes.
  • Reliable team player who can also work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
