People Operations Coordinator — AI-Driven Process Automation

Advanced Sentry is seeking a People Operations Coordinator for a 12-month contract to support day-to-day HR operations with a strong emphasis on process automation, AI-assisted workflows, and scalable service delivery across the APJC region.

You will partner with the People Operations Manager and Specialists to execute core administrative tasks, identify automation opportunities, test solutions, and improve data quality across HR systems while ensuring a positive employee experience.
