People Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a People Operations Coordinator to join our team and help create a great experience for our people.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate key stages of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance, remuneration, and offboarding.
- Prepare accurate employee documentation and manage workflows to ensure timely communication with relevant teams and stakeholders.
- Provide responsive, practical support to managers across the organisation on a broad range of people-related matters.
- Support the People and Transformation team with annual people processes, reporting, and the continuous improvement of policies and templates.
- Contribute to HR projects and process improvements as we continue on our transformation journey.

What you’ll bring:
- Previous experience in an HR coordination role; a relevant qualification is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and maintaining accuracy, even when working at pace.
- An ability to manage multiple priorities and see tasks through to timely completion.
- Great communication skills and a passion for helping people find solutions.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy when handling employee data.
- Some knowledge of an HRIS and / or payroll platform would be desirable.

- This role can be located at either our Auckland CBD office, or our Avalon (Lower Hutt) campus
- The salary range for this position is between $70,000 to $77,000, depending on the successful candidate’s experience.
