People Operations Generalist

You will develop and manage People data, reporting, systems, and workflows. You will own the rotation and mobility program, respond to employee questions on benefits and leave, ensure employment-law compliance, and create dashboards that support operational decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and manage People data and reporting
• Optimize People systems and workflows across Rippling, Carta, Greenhouse, JIRA, and PAVE
• Manage the rotation and mobility program, including strategy, policies, process improvements, and employee inquiries
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
• Respond to employee questions about rotations, benefits, leave, and time off
• Generate reporting and dashboards for data-driven decision-making
• Complete ad hoc People and operations responsibilities

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a People or HR-related role
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Data-driven operational mindset
• Ability to identify operational improvements
• Problem-solving skills
