What you'll do:

Recruiting & talent coordination

  • Run initial candidate outreach and sourcing for open roles across trading, software development, and operations.
  • Schedule and coordinate phone screens, on-sites, and interview agendas across departments and candidates.
  • Own the candidate experience end to end, including travel, logistics, day-of hosting, and follow-up.
  • Keep the pipeline organized and moving by tracking candidates, chasing feedback, maintaining the applicant-tracking system, and coordinating offer letters, background checks, and the handoff into onboarding.

Office & people operations

  • Be the operational backbone of the office, managing supplies, vendors, deliveries, and the space itself, plus the food and kitchen program (daily lunches, groceries, snacks, and coffee).
  • Plan and run company events, team outings, and milestones worth marking, from birthdays and work anniversaries to team wins.
  • Manage executive and team calendars, meeting logistics, and travel, and get new hires set up from desk to first-day logistics so they feel welcome from minute one.
  • Take ownership of the countless small issues that arise each day, resolving them proactively before they impact others.

Qualifications and skills:

  • 1 to 3 years in people operations, recruiting coordination, office management, executive assistance, or a similar high-touch operational role.
  • A proactive, no-task-is-beneath-me mindset. You see what needs doing and do it without waiting to be told.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication. You'll be the face of the firm to candidates and vendors.
  • Strong scheduling and tooling skills across Outlook or Google Calendar, Excel or Sheets, and applicant-tracking or CRM tools, plus comfort learning new web-based systems.
  • Discretion and sound judgment handling confidential information. Compensation, candidate details, and internal matters stay internal.
  • A genuine service mindset. You get satisfaction from making other people's days run smoother.
  • Ability and desire to learn new technologies quickly
