People Operations Generalist
One Full-Time Position. 40 hours per week.
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Hiring Range: $28.29 - $30.84/ hr., depending upon education and experience.

Position Summary
Under the supervision of the People Operations Supervisor, this position supports Ariel’s Human Resources functions by assisting with recruitment and employee development, managing Safety and Workers’ Compensation responsibilities, and providing additional People Operations support as needed.
Minimum Requirements
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, Sociology, or related field with two years working experience; or,
- An associate degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or related field and a minimum of three years’ experience working in human resources or training and development.
Highly Desired:
- PHR; SPHR; SHRM Certified Professional (CP) or SCP.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree and 5 years Generalist-level or above HR experience.
- Minimum of three years staff recruiting experience.
