## Job Summary
The Head of Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development will play a pivotal role in building a high-performance organization from the ground up. Working closely with the promoter and leadership team, this role is responsible for shaping talent strategies, organizational design, and culture to support rapid business growth. ## Responsibilities
- **Talent & Leadership Hiring**
- Own and execute the overall talent acquisition strategy across all functions including corporate, retail, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, technology, marketing, and operations.
- Lead critical senior leadership and executive hiring processes.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, and other key markets.
- Develop relationships with senior talent, executive search firms, industry networks, and recruitment partners.
- Innovate sourcing strategies beyond traditional channels.
- Establish structured interview, assessment, selection, offer, and onboarding processes.
- Build and promote a compelling employer brand for Jagdish Farshan.
- **Organization Building**
- Collaborate directly with the promoter and leadership team on organizational design and workforce planning.
- Identify talent gaps and proactively build teams aligned with business needs.
- Define organizational structures, roles, responsibilities, and reporting lines.
- Develop scalable systems and processes to support organizational growth.
- Create recruitment dashboards to monitor hiring performance, quality, timelines, and costs.
- Develop succession plans and talent pipelines for critical roles.
- **People & Culture**
- Cultivate a high-performance, ownership-driven organizational culture.
- Enhance employee engagement, communication, and retention initiatives.
- Partner with managers on performance management and employee development programs.
- Implement leadership development frameworks and growth initiatives.
- Recognize and retain high performers, embedding organizational values and entrepreneurial spirit.
- **Leadership Partnership**
- Act as a strategic partner to the promoter and senior leadership.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand current and future talent needs.
- Participate in leadership discussions on organization building and capability development.
- Challenge existing practices and introduce modern people management approaches.
- Support leadership in managing key HR and organizational challenges.
- Travel as required for hiring, onboarding, planning, and team development activities.
## Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in **Talent Acquisition, HR, People Operations, or Organizational Development**.
- Proven track record in **building and scaling teams** within a growing organization.
- Extensive experience in **senior and leadership hiring**.
- Strong understanding of **modern talent acquisition and people practices**.
