People & Operations Specialist (Part-time Student/Graduate Position)

About us

Millennial Consulting is a junior management consultancy. We provide strategy consulting services to startups, SMEs, and NGOs that seek help with their business, by matching them with ambitious university students and recent graduates for a two-month consulting project. We are supported by external mentors who are professional management consultants (from PwC, BearingPoint, E2E Consultancy.dk, Biobridge Partners, Scai Change, and others), and some of our student consultants and leadership team members have gone on to work at larger consultancies themselves.

We are currently expanding our People & Operations department for an ambitious 2026!

What we look for

You are a motivated student or a recent graduate from a university in Denmark, who wants to join Millennial's management as a People & Operations Specialist to accelerate the growth of Millennial Consulting with an ambitious goal of bridging student consultants from a range of universities with local startups and SMEs. As the new member, you will help with various tasks within your team and across the organization.

We expect that:

• You have or wish to gain more experience in event planning, logistics, project management and HR Processes, CV screening of candidates, recruitment and selection, onboarding of new members

• Assist in planning, preparation and execution of workshops together with our larger consultant partners

• Partnership management with our consulting partners

• You are a capable negotiator with a proactive mindset and are not scared to share new ideas

• Preparing onboarding materials and guiding new members, collecting and updating documentation (contracts, agreements, NDAs)

• Maintain accurate employee records, support compliance with internal policies, and handle HR ad hoc tasks as needed

• Participation in the Management team's knowledge-sharing sessions and training

Please note:

• It's an unpaid, volunteer position, taking up around 5-10 hours a week.

• The position is primarily for students, but we also welcome recent graduates, who have the time and are looking to gain experience and networking.
