The People Partner owns the full talent lifecycle for new and prospective employees across STAT and Moresby: recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, and training & development.
What You'll Do
- Recruiting: Own full-cycle recruiting for STAT and Moresby: job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Onboarding: Build and run a consistent onboarding experience for new hires at both companies, including paperwork, orientation, and introductions to company policies and culture.
- Performance Management: Own the new 30/60/90-day check-in process, partnering with managers on early feedback and performance review cycles.
- Training: Coordinate training programs and track participation and effectiveness.
- Development: Partner with managers to identify skill-development needs and opportunities.
- Offboarding: Manage offboarding logistics: exit interviews, exit paperwork, and coordinating equipment/systems offboarding with IT and Finance.
Who You Are
- 2-4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting and onboarding, ideally in a high-growth, remote, or multi-entity environment.
- Strong project management skills — comfortable running multiple open reqs at once.
- Experience building or running structured onboarding and/or offboarding programs.
- Comfortable partnering with hiring managers across functions and geographies, including Canada.
- Detail-oriented, people-first, and a clear, proactive communicator.
- Exude the core values of: strategic, inquisitive, collaborative, proactive, and empathetic
- Recruiting experience in professional services, consulting, or financial operations.
- Experience with BambooHR.
- Experience with hiring and onboarding in Canada.
