People Recruitment Manager

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Lead the recruitment team and manage the full recruitment cycle.

• Negotiate employment offers and ensure compliance with employment laws.
• Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and job boards.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
• Proven leadership experience in managing recruitment teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in the plumbing or construction industry (Preferred).
